Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

We want you to love our clothes as much as we do!!! However, a wrong fit or an unfortunate choice are always part of the game! So, if you are unhappy with a product of ours, no worries! You can either return , exchange or ask for a refund. 

  • Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange any unworn, unused, unwashed, unironed or damaged garment within 7 days for domestic orders / 14 days for international orders, since you have received the items (this does not apply for sale/bazaar items and any customised items). A contact should be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. 

Return Shipping Procedure

  • Using the Delivery / Return note included inside the shipment, please indicate your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and write in the return reason/code. For an exchange, indicate your alternative preferred size/colour. The Delivery / Return note also serves as your official return notification.
  • All items must include their original tags and be in excellent condition in order to be eligible for receipt. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless detected defective. No deodorant or make up stains on returned items. Treat our garments with care, please! 
  • Insert the completed form inside the bag together with the item you are returning, reseal the original package and you are good to go. 
  • We recommend that you use a recorded postal service, as we will not refund items lost in transit. 
  • The return costs and the expenses regarding the new shipment 
    (in case of an exchange) are the customer's responsibility (sorry for that!). Shipping costs will ony be refunded if a wrong garment was sent to you or a defective garment was sent to you on our responsibility. 
  • Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive an E-mail informing you that we have received you returned item. We will also notify you for the approval/rejection of your refund. 

Your refund will be issued by the same payment method and in the same currency as your original purchase. If the payment method was a Cash on Delivery method, we will proceed with your refund via bank transfer which usually takes 2-3 days to be completed. 

We strive to process your refund up to 5 days of receiving your returned package. Credit cards, however, may take up to 10 days to post your refund to your credit card account. 

  • Defective garments

We do our best to check your garments prior to dispatch and to ensure that you receive your goodies safe and sound. However, accidents may happen, so please in case you receive a defective garment, please do the following: 

  • Do not remove the original MAnnequin tags.
  • Take a photo of the defect, as well as a photo of the whole product and include these photos in a relevant mail, describing the problem.
  • Pop the mail (with the above mentioned photos attached) to the following  mail address: sales@themannequincollection.com 
  • Defective garments are described as garments that : a. have manufacturing issues, b. are wrongly described on site, c. are different to the ones you ordered, d. have defects that were not obvious. Garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. 
  • You will receive a full refund (shipping costs included) if the item is approved of being defective.
